Delivery is currently available and complimentary in the UK and Europe. Please note that taxes and customs fees may apply for certain countries. For all other regions, please get in touch with us. 

  • Prepared with care

    All our orders are prepared in our Galerie-Atelier with special attention to detail and to the protection of each item. However, once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.

  • Tracked shipping

    Your order leave our workshop within 48 hours (business days). A tracking number will be provided as soon as it is shipped, so you can follow its journey with peace of mind.

  • Return

    You have 14 days from receipt to return the item in its original condition, unused and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been inspected, we will issue a refund.
